Everything is fine except that a package of bones came without the vacuum. It feels like it has opened or lost the vacuum. It is not known if during transport or before.

Quality price is correct, the shoulder is a little dry, it lacks fat, but being an offer with home delivery, it is not bad

The ham tacos have been sent salty for the third time and only valid for cooking, they only sent them correctly the first time, I won't buy here anymore, oh and I also bought some Jabugo sausages and they sent me others from a different brand.

Hello, I bought a first ham: Paleta De Cebo De Campo 100% Ibérica Solera Ibérica De DEHESAS REUNIDAS D.O. Los Pedroches - and I expected much more from the ham, it had little fat and the flavor wasn't very special either. So I thought of buying a better one, I bought a: Paleta de Bellota 100% Iberica DESEO IBÉRICO Pata Negra Certificada. I ordered it at the right point to consume and it arrived very raw, I can't eat it... So my joy is in a well. There it is, let's see if it ripens and I can eat it because I try every week but after the second slice it's raw... what a shame really

This time it took longer than expected and both the loin and the chorizo and the salchichón are of lesser weight than what is stated on the page

It was my 3rd or 4th time ordering on this page and the truth is they have disappointed me. First, I ordered for delivery at home and it was delivered at a pickup point and then I tried to contact them with the phone provided during morning hours after 4 or 5 calls they don't even pick up. The truth is that it is a terrible service, I don't plan to repeat here.

The delivery was made on time and well. But regarding quality price we are not satisfied, the product is very dry and even a bit salty. For our taste, we bought it very expensive.

Misleading advertising. The order does not include the ham holder, as seen in the image. Otherwise, delighted as always.

Due to lack of stock, they did not meet the delivery date and also called the wrong person to inform them of what had happened (without calling me first) It seems to me a HUGE FAILURE, in addition to calling the person they shouldn't have called, they also did not meet the date they told me. That said, the products are very good, without a doubt, good decision!
