I know that I am a customer who does not generate a large billing for you, but I am loyal because the quality you provide and the service for me is excellent. The only thing I don't like and wanted to mention is that always, and I mean ALWAYS!!, when you order, for example, a whole piece of 6 to 6,500kg, the piece arrives with 6,030kg and for me that is an ugly detail. It never arrives with 6,200kg or 6,300kg or 6,400kg. I believe you know what I am saying and what I am talking about. It would be good to improve on that. Other than that, I have already mentioned that it is excellent. Best regards.

I don't give it 5 stars for two details: 1- The delivery time was too long, and I had to contact the company to know the reason. They claimed a high demand for sliced ham, but I think it got misplaced or when I inquired, they expedited the delivery. The fact is that after the inquiry, it arrived almost immediately. The other reason is the packaging. It is practically impossible to peel off the slices. I am new to buying in this format, but I find it much more convenient to do so with the packets bought at the supermarket. Something that gave me a lot of confidence is the weight of the packets. I never weigh what I buy, but in this case, I was curious since there were so many packets at once; I wondered if they would all weigh 100 grams including the packet... And I was pleasantly surprised to see that they all fluctuated between 116 and 120 grams. For all this, based on my experience, I recommend purchasing from this company. The ham was very good at first, not too fatty and not too salty. Unfortunately, after cutting 10%, I removed the hip bone and then I noticed that the ham was rotten and gave off a bad smell. What do you suggest? I can send you a photo of the item.

It is too fresh, it does not seem like a 100% Iberian acorn ham, I have bought hams of 50% better than this. It's a scam to buy a ham online without checking its condition.

The term in which this ham was presented was "BRUTAL OFFER". In my philological understanding, a brutal offer is something excellent that is half price or less. Hence the adjective "brutal". This purchase has been a disappointment for me. After smelling and tasting it, neither my brother nor I have touched it again. It smells rancid, tastes rancid, is dry, and does not captivate even visually. I am trying to contact the company but to date, they have ignored my two emails. I would like them to exchange it for another of better quality and pay the difference. But for now, no response. 110 € that my dog is going to eat.

The ham is advertised as 50% Iberian acorn and it is not at all. It is a basic serrano ham and saltier than a piece of cod.

The truth is that I am very dissatisfied despite being recommended the site and having made more orders and there had never been a problem.

Good morning, I don't know why they ask for customer opinion, if I have been trying to contact you for a week, indicating that the quality of the product you sent me does not correspond to its description. If you are so concerned about your customers' opinions, at least dedicate some of your time to respond.

It is not the first time you send a product that looks dry, it is noticeable that it is past its date.
