I'm very sorry but it's not what I expected. I ordered an 8-kilo one and received 7.100 k, but that's not all, the ham is overcured. I'm not returning it because I don't know if I can, but I won't buy again. I spent 154 euros for nothing.

The after-sales service is non-existent. If you have any problem with the order, they do not respond. Thanks to Paypal for acting as a mediator in the conflict and managing to resolve the problem, which basically consists of them selling me a raw ham!!!!

I have been buying ham and shoulder for a long time and I almost always love the product I buy. Also, the quality price ratio is very good. On this occasion, I chose another type of ham. Instead of 50€ Iberian breed which is what I usually buy, I wanted to try a selection ham and the truth is that I am quite disappointed. The mistake was mine. I have no problem with the company, but I will not buy from them again.
