I bought the boneless shoulder and the packs are fine, but I thought they were going to send me all the bones of the shoulder and I only received three, the bag of cubes a bit scarce. I also bought a pack of shoulder cut with a knife and I thought it was a bit past, meaning it had been cut for quite some time.

The order and the product were fine, the delivery was bad, I wasn't home and instead of calling by phone to see what to do, the delivery person threw the product over the fence and left it in the sun.

I placed the order on a Wednesday and it only arrived on Monday, it spent the whole weekend in a warehouse of the carrier without refrigeration. I am still afraid that the blood sausages or sausages will cause us a reaction. If they do not guarantee delivery the next day, they should change carriers or choose one that guarantees the cold chain. I don't know if I will buy again

The shoulder is pure fat and I ordered it sliced and vacuum packed, but since it arrived whole, I had it cut and packed, an operation that cost me 60 euros. Bad experience

I ordered 2 packs that included shoulder, wedge of cheese, and Iberian salami and chorizo. The shoulder, which was what I was interested in, was very good but I didn't like the salami at all, it's a shame not to include a good quality salami or even not to include it at all. One of my packs was for a gift and I removed the salami, luckily I tried it in mine first.
