Very cured ham but very good.

It's very good, but the cut is very thin, and it doesn't weigh a kilo.

Very good experience with the purchase at JamonyPaletilla, great product offer and very clear website. I was able to buy products that are impossible to access where I live and they came properly packaged and without damage. However, there is one point that could be improved and that is the distribution company. In this case, it was through NACEX and I haven't had very good experiences, at least in Lugo where I placed the order. The thing is that the distributor arrived at my address with the package on Wednesday, April 5 (a day before the Holy Week holidays) and rang the bell around 5:00 PM or so, without response, because at that moment I was in the garage and was not expecting the package (I did not receive any prior notice from NACEX or a phone call as other companies do). NACEX's delivery service includes a second delivery attempt, however this was made one minute after the first, which makes no sense (only a 30-minute difference would have been sufficient in this case, although normally it should be a few hours or the next day). In any case, at the end of that day I entered JamonyPaletilla to check the package tracking and saw that they had tried to deliver it and that since there was no response, they took the package to the NACEX office, after notifying the customer of the fact. In this case, I was not informed of anything, there was no phone call from the delivery person nor a notice in the mailbox of failed delivery. I found out when on Wednesday at 7:30 PM I checked the package tracking on the NACEX website. By that time, I no longer had time to go pick it up at the NACEX office (which also only has one in Lugo and is on the outskirts, in the industrial park). Being the day before the Holy Week holiday and since NACEX does not open on Saturdays, I had to wait until Monday, April 10 to pick up the package. In summary, I would like them to give the option to use other courier services. Even if they are more expensive, I prefer to pay a little more because other companies have better communication with the customer, better information on package tracking, and also offer the possibility to pick up the package at a nearby parcel, very useful in case you cannot be home at the time of receiving the package.

I have bought boneless hams several times at jamónypaletilla, I have been very satisfied and of course when the one I have runs out I will buy another.

The shoulder is dry and salty, it shouldn't be for sale.

I received acorn-cured bacon close to expiration. Very unhappy about this, I will not order again. I do not rate with stars because of this. You cannot send a product at the end of March, with an expiration date for the end of April, an impossible amount for me to use in such a short period

Scammers. I bought a reserve ham offered at 50% and they sent me a warehouse ham with less curing. I contacted them providing screenshots of the offer where it indicates and they replied that this is what they have.

The ham lacks a point of curing. The flavor is good. Super fast service.

I ordered a shoulder of 10 Vetas. The website stated that they were shoulders weighing between 3.5 kgs and 4 kgs. Upon receiving it, there were 10 packets weighing 1 kilo with plastic. The broken bone and everything added up, bone + 10 packets of slices in plastic + 2 bags of ham cubes weighed 2.4 kgs. It is impossible for the shoulder to be 3.5 kgs (the minimum according to the website), and if it was, part of the ham did not come to my house. I will not order it again. It is not serious.

The shoulder came very dry... inedible!
