I received an envelope in poor condition. I have tried to contact you by phone and by email, and I have not received a response.

I have received my order. But honestly, I expected a little better quality.

A little saltier than I desire

I ordered 5 hams. They sent me poorly cured hams, with soft and inedible meat. I requested a return, they asked for photos, which I sent. I have been waiting for a response for 48 hours.

I don't think it's an Iberian shoulder at all.

I received everything I ordered and in the conditions I expected.

The cheese, salchichón, and chorizo that were supposed to come with the lot I bought were not at all the same as presented in the ad, neither brand nor format nor weight were of inferior quality and less weight in the 3 items.

I have not received the ham. Many days of shipping.

I expected "something more" and better from the 100% Iberian sliced ham. A whole one is much better than slicing it oneself.

Everything was correct. Timely delivery and product as expected.

Good morning, I placed an order on December 28 that I am not at all satisfied with; I bought a black leg ham of 6 to 6.5 kg, professionally sliced, and they only sent me 18 packets of 100g. I feel that ham is missing, other times I buy a smaller ham and they send me 25 packets. The worst part is that I contacted them by phone, left two messages, and they didn't call me back, I wrote an email on January 7 with the order reference, they replied two days later asking for more details, I provided them, I perfectly described the reason for my dissatisfaction and they still have not responded and we are on January 12. Worse customer service is impossible. Regards.

The reception was on time, although due to the holidays the delivery was delayed.

The shoulder is super dry, almost uncuttable with a knife.

The ham did not have the curing months, it is too tender (meat). On the other hand, it did not have the agreed weight. I sent an email to customer service, I have not had a resolution.

It arrived as promised, good quality but one kg short in packages of a 4 kg ham. a 4 kg ham.

The products were very good, but the shipping took a long time.

A zero. I ordered a Gran Reserva shoulder from Joselito sliced and they sent me some packets of raw meat in which Joselito is not even identified. It is inedible. I demand a refund or the shipment of the product I paid for.

The quality has been correct.

It did not arrive on Christmas Eve and look, I warned the family without ham and it arrived on the 26th at 8 in the morning, they woke me up from bed, imagine how funny that was for me.

I have bought on other occasions and it had never happened to me but this time I have to say that the shoulder is very salty and no one can eat it. I did not like it at all.

I bought a cheese and a shoulder. The cheese was very good but the shoulder was dry, fibrous, and salty.

The cured sheep cheese Don Bernardo is very tasty, it has a penetrating flavor but I expected more curing and it turned out quite tender. My brother bought another one like mine and it turned out very dry, so it has much more flavor.

I paid extra for the shoulder to be between 4.5 to 5 Kg and I received a shoulder of 4.1 Kg

It was labeled under black label although it did not have it and the shoulder was not as advertised, it lacked time, I received a label that would reach green scraping, I was quite disappointed

I made the purchase on 14/12, I could not contact the company until 23/12 because the ham did not arrive. It arrived on 24 just in time for dinner but the quality was not adequate, tasteless and odorless. I have requested a refund, we could not eat it, and they have not responded to me. Everything is wrong
