Very bad! A product was missing from my lot and when I complained they did not give me any response or solution. A disgrace!

The ham has a great flavor, very tasty, but it is quite dry. I ordered a folding ham holder and they sent me a fixed one.

The shipping was very good, it is true that the ham I received can be eaten but the other two I bought earlier were tastier.

The shipping was very fast and the ham very tasty, the only drawback (that's why I don't give 5 stars) is that it lacks curing, it is tender.

It's complicated to buy this type of item online, you have to be brave, the satisfaction with the delivery is 5 stars, the quality price is good since it was on sale.

The shoulder very good, and very well cut and packaged. The service from the person who attended me was excellent too. I give 4 stars instead of 5 because it took longer than expected. But I will buy again.

All the service very good. Regarding the shoulder well cured but the flavor did not excite me, but that is a matter of taste, I think it lacks a point of salt, although it's better to be short because a salty ham is not liked.
