I wrote them an email because my order was taking too long and they did not bother to reply. After several days and receiving my order, I opened it and my surprise is that they put in what they wanted. My order consisted of a lot of Iberian ham from Huelva, with loin and sausages from Huelva from the "prestigious brand Centelles & Buj" and they put in a ham from Benito and a loin from Benito from Salamanca. They indicate on their page that if there is any product missing they will replace it with another of equal or higher quality, but they didn't even bother to include products from Huelva (without belittling others). In conclusion, communication ZERO, shipping speed ZERO, notifying customers that those products are not available in case they send others, nothing, they just send it and that's it. I bought 3 hams this Christmas on different pages and this one gets all my negative ratings. Good luck to others with their purchase. Regards.

I bought two 100% Iberian hams from EL POZO. In the first cut, before the ham appeared, I removed 469 grams of fat and there was more fat than ham left. They haven't responded to my complaints. I will never buy ham or ham from El Pozo again.

The product is very good, but the packaging of all the packages was damaged by the carrier. Since it was for a gift, it doesn't look very good in terms of presentation. If it weren't for that, I would have given 5 stars

Never again!!!, the ham we bought was all fat. They do not respond to complaints and if you call they answer rudely and tell you to go to hell. Pray not to have any problems because they don't want to know anything....

very disappointed with the 5J Iberian ham shoulder bought during the Black Friday 2021 campaign. It does not have the expected flavor for the price it costs.

Weight very tight within the range they offer

The perfect shoulder, the flaw: the courier service. Nacex is one of the worst companies: they don't call when they can't find you at the address nor leave a note, you have to contact them when it should be the other way around, that they contact you. This is not the first time I have problems with them.

Terrible!! Health Alert!!! They sent me the ham with worms over half a centimeter long, totally disgusting and unhealthy. I have been claiming a refund for 1 week and they are not providing any solution. I am going to report to Health and Consumer to prevent them from scamming anyone else.

Very good flavor

They delivered it in a well-sealed cardboard box, the piece well packaged, it is of good quality with a weight of 2.250kg. Although it has turned out salty. I will buy it again with an offer. The chorizo is good.

At least one batch came with the box damaged, and the chorizo was missing and the box of sweets was open, incomplete, and the sweets were broken.
