I bought a 100% Iberian shoulder and the ham is very good. I'm not an expert nor have I compared it with others but I recommend it.

This is the sixth order I have made, and the truth is that I have always been very satisfied with your products, although I have to regret that in this last order there was a product that I had to throw away because it was spoiled, it is the first time something like this has happened to me... but my opinion remains good.

The ham arrived with a lot of fat. First they offered us the option to return it, then they 'advised' us not to return it and instead they would refund us 20 euros, but we never heard from them again.

Good shoulder has very good flavor... it's the first time I buy shoulder and to point out a flaw it has more fat than the ham... otherwise very recommendable. It took 2 days to arrive at home.

I ordered a boneless ham and you didn't send either the bones or the pieces, out of an 8kg ham only 3.100kg arrived, price per kg 38 euros, thank you very much for everything but we will not order anything again, you are shameless.

Good quality product, I don't give it 5 stars because the machine cut is very thick (the ad indicated knife cut)

I bought a pack of 20 envelopes at a very good price. They arrived very quickly, except that two of them arrived in poor condition. I complained and they have refunded their amount quickly. Recommendable for product and service.

The quality/price of this shoulder is very good. It's worth spending a little more than the typical Iberian shoulders from large supermarkets that range from 50€-60€. I don't give it 5 stars only because in my opinion and taste, it should be a little more cured. Maybe it comes a bit raw. Another positive point is that it comes with the right amount of fat.

The delivery was very fast. But the delivery person was lamentable in terms of manners and treatment with the customer.

The ham is salty, it does not have a single streak of fat, being Iberian it must have been born on the peninsula. It is not worth what I paid for it. On the other hand, I requested that my order be canceled to buy a shoulder and received no response.

The hams come out very good, but for some time now, they come thrown inside the box, without any type of protection.

The last purchase was the offer of 20 envelopes of shoulder 50% Iberian; in the product description it specified "sliced by knife", when this is not the case, the envelopes come sliced by machine, if I had known this I probably would not have bought this offer, I would have gone to another that was really "sliced by knife", the quality price relationship is very acceptable, but the disappointment has been the slicing that does not correspond with what was offered on the page.
