I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THE ORDER. THE HAM IS QUITE DRY AND VERY HARD, TO THE POINT THAT IN CERTAIN PARTS IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CUT.

A scam, a shoulder of jabugo, almost 200 euros I couldn't get a single slice. All fat, I don't even understand how a pig can walk without any meat. Anyone who wants to see photos can write to me at [email protected]. An absolute disgrace what is called the best ham in Spain 100% acorn.

Received correctly. It wasn't for me, it was for my daughter, but I express the opinions she has conveyed to me. I don't give 5 stars because she told me it has a very good taste but is a bit salty. The cheese is extraordinary, no complaints except for the pounds that can be gained from being so excellent. I ordered 4 cured meats and I got them quickly. But I noticed that the due date was very close to the buying date (around 20 days). In that case, that was not good and should be clearly stated on the website that the product was at the end of its shelf life. However, after complaining, they organized the replacement of the products I bought in a very fast way and that's why I am giving them a good score.

The loin and shoulder of black label arrived dry, I have bought this brand on other occasions and it is not normal for it to be this dry, it hardly cuts with the knife because the shoulder is so hard. I am using it to make broths because it cannot be eaten, it is too hard.
