I still haven't tried it but I expected when buying the shoulder that I wanted deboned that besides the large area they would have also sent me the other part, especially when I paid extra.

I am not an expert but the shoulder is very good, with the characteristics of an animal raised in freedom (more fat, more fibrous tendons) and the size is logically a bit smaller than that of a certified shoulder, but this is compensated by the lower price. In short, it is a product with a very good quality-price ratio. The order was quick and without setbacks. I will repeat.

Good experience overall, only overshadowed because the last time I asked to include the bones of the ham and they forgot to do it.

The product seems to be of good quality. One of the bags (vacuum-sealed) was open. Overall, very satisfied. I will buy again.

It is not of the quality of other times, it is a bit past, a bit rancid. I have been very disappointed

The only downside is that it is a bit raw, that is, not very cured but all in all it is fine

Most of the sliced packages look like meat. On this occasion, the quality-price was a failure.

I don't give 5 stars because it came out a bit saltier than our taste. But other than that, the fast delivery and the excellent ham. Unbeatable quality-price ratio.

Ham and other items received perfectly and on time. We have already started the shoulder, and although it comes with quite a bit of fat, it is very tasty. This is the second time I buy from Jamony Paletilla, and they have not disappointed me.

my first ham bought online with the box burst at both ends and with nacex tape that prevented it from falling out, ham hit and soft for being 30 months cured, phew I won't repeat the purchase at least in this store, before asking me for this opinion I wrote to them and they ignored me.

At first it was fine, but now, I bought a Joselito shoulder of 4-4.5kg and I only received 16 packets, just over a kilo and a half. I feel like there is a lack of product. Hand-sliced. The same thing happened to me with the previous Sanchez Romero. I don't think I'll buy here again. Also, they come without a sticker or anything on the packets. Who tells me that they are Joselito.
