In this last batch I ordered, there was one product (jar of asparagus) in bad condition, I spoke by phone with Mr. Antonio, and we agreed that he would fix it and compensate in the next purchase. I accepted the solution and I am satisfied.

Total disappointment. It is dry and salty

THE DELIVERY SERVICE IS DEFICIENT, THE TRANSPORTER CALLED US TO TELL US THAT HE WOULD COME IN THE MORNING AND THAT WE SHOULD BE PENDING, AT 14:00 HS. I CALLED HIM TO KNOW WHAT WAS HAPPENING, AND HE TOLD ME THAT BEFORE 16:00 HS. HE WOULD BRING IT, AT 16:15 MINUTES I CALL HIM AGAIN AND HE TOLD ME THAT IF I DIDN'T LIKE IT, I SHOULD MAKE A COMPLAINT.

Everything perfect, flavor and salt of the shoulder. Exquisite cheese and everything else. A bit dry the shoulder perhaps, but good in general terms.

I bought a shoulder of acorn-fed between 5 and 5.5 kg and it weighs 4.2 kg. I think it's very bad!!!!

Delicious and really natural. The only problem was the delivery, received dripping and hot with 30°C and 4 days of transport... not very serious.

Happy regarding quality price, although there are some little things that need finishing. For those small details, 4 stars.

The ham is good but has a lot of rancid fat.

I ordered a cured cheese canal and they sent me an old cheese, I asked for two espetec casings and they are as hard as rocks and I asked for sobrasada from black pig and it is sour. What do you want me to say, also in another previous order I ordered a field-fed ham and it was hard, they changed it and the one that came was also hard. It makes me think that they sell the products on sale because they are a bit past. Regards and I will not buy anymore.

hello very good afternoon within the last purchase and as a connoisseur of the meat sector I can only evaluate what it is. I bought a black label ham from Benito making me understand as an old field ham outside the norm I expected something much more expensive to be Dutch white pig and something strong Duroc in salt and at most 14 months of drying in a normal drying room very well blackened but totally white already hard at 4 pesetas I will not buy from them anymore because the price of 104 euros per piece is abusive since it is a ham of 60 euros total I started with 7 years cleaning pig farms and at 10 putting the salt putting them in the sink and throwing it into the drum putting the bags or casings as was done in the old days and hanging them in the drying room taking them out removing the casings at fourteen I was part of the slaughterhouse at 16 guts fat etc 18 years of sausages now after 50 years of work you have made me see that my life dedication to the trade has been of no use
