I have already sent an email, to which they have not even responded. Very unhappy and the shoulder was not even worth a decent slice. Totally dry, hard, impossible to slice and even yellowish areas and rancid. They could at least have responded to the email. It was 50 euros thrown in the trash

The ham and delivery were perfect, but the ham cubes were very hard (inedible) despite the shoulder costing me 100€

Like the first one I bought... NO OTHER. I will try with a quarter. But if it has more bacon like now, I will abandon. Bacon yes but in moderation, like the first one. Thank you

Weights are always very broad by default from 6 to 6.5 kg on two occasions they have sent me 6.05 kg, they have ignored my observation, very good quality and perfect delivery, on time and in form

Ham arrives tender and sweet (legacy 100 ibérico Elpozo) I sent a complaint and they tell me nothing. I will not buy on this page again, of course.
