Customer reviews of JamónyPaletilla

Delivery and the ham were correct, as always

The ham arrived dry, and I am having many problems returning it

The delivery was made on time and well. But regarding quality price we are not satisfied, the product is very dry and even a bit salty. For our taste, we bought it very expensive.

At its curing point and very good in flavor

I am happy

I have bought hams several times, good quality and good price. My best experience with you was when I bought a piece and asked for it to be sliced and packaged, good presentation and perfect preservation until the end. Additionally, it should be added that it has good transport service. Totally recommendable. Thank you. Best regards.

Everything correct. Quality and speed. Perfect

Very tasty

A very good shoulder even though it is not 100% Iberian. Good price.

Perfect

Good

Christmas gift for some friends and they told us they are amazing!!! The management and shipping were perfect!! Thank you very much!!

Very good

Everything is fine, the shipment, and the product

Good quality and timely deliveries

Good product and fast shipping.

The ham is amazing. I recommend it

We received the ham in the week we bought it, in perfectly sliced envelopes and of size suitable for serving as an appetizer at a meal or an evening snack with friends. Regarding the quality of the ham, at first it seemed a bit salty to us, but we understand that it would be a specific part of the ham because the rest is very good. It is a ham with a strong flavor, well defined and with fat, no one should expect a 100% Iberian with veins all over the ham or something like that, I do not intend to deceive, but it is a very correct ham to meet minimums at a very competitive price already at home. Without a doubt, I will repeat later, I have two small children and they love it.

Great fast shipping, cheese and chorizo very good, I haven't started the shoulder yet but it looks very good

I recommend

This is the second time I buy and I am really very satisfied both with the speed of shipping and with their products, I recommend it

Everything very well, received in 24 hours super fast. The shoulder turned out delicious. And the phone service received was very good and efficient.

Everything fast, tasty and of quality, as always

I recommend. Very fast and effective.

Happy with the products, good quality

I am satisfied

Excellent quality-price relationship.

EVERYTHING PERFECT AND SUPER FAST SHIPPING

It's a bit mild, I thought the flavor was a bit more intense

Very good product, great flavor and I think at a good price.

Tasty shoulder and at a very good price.

Exquisite

Just to mention two things, without the intention of bothering anyone and from gratitude. 1) It would be good to send an email or SMS to notify about the approximate shipping/delivery, but it is not essential if the product arrives ;-) 2) When I bought the same product in Calafell it was more cured, can you give me any advice so that it is not "so soft" and cures a little before? Thank you!

Great

Good ham and good service. Shipping costs are high

As always, the order arrived perfect and the quality very good!!!

Delicious ham

As always everything perfect !!

Price, speed and quality

Always very good products and better service both at the time of sale and in after-sales in case there is something to ask, etc. I will always repeat purchases at Jamón y Paletilla.
