Customers highlight strong product variety and value, including favorable quality across items like jamón and lomo, competitive prices, and ongoing satisfaction from long-time customers. Service stands out for responsiveness and care, with many praising helpful recommendations, smooth ordering processes, and confident repeat purchases. Positive experiences also emphasize favorable tasting attributes such as sabor, color, textura, and aroma, reinforcing trust in the brand and its offerings.
I ordered a shoulder of 5-5.5kg and I received one of 4.7kg, I claim and they say my weight is wrong, to top it off, pata negra and it is raw, a shoulder that is thinner and Iberian and it is raw, incredible. I will never return.

I only received one of the two products from the order and they do not answer either the phone or the emails I have sent to claim the other 50% of the order, communication impossible.

This product has disappointed me. Very bad, without quality, very tough and tasteless. I have given it to the dogs. It was spoiled. I will not buy again. Less weight than advertised for the euros I paid.

The chorizo is expired since 58/10/2022, I have sent two emails informing them and they have not had the courtesy to reply, the truth is that I am upset with these people, I am sorry, but I do not understand how they do not verify the orders, it makes me lose the desire to buy from these gentlemen again.

I wrote a review about the shipment that was fast and correct but I bought three packs of shoulder and one wine bottle broke the packaging when empty and was all covered in black mold, I requested a replacement and they haven't even responded to my email. I will not buy more from them. It was a gift and I was left looking bad.
