The shoulder is very little cured, I have communicated this to you and basically you told me to be lucky with the next purchase. You didn't offer me a change or a refund. I don't think I will make more purchases on this website.

I am German but I really like Spanish ham; the ham purchased/received is of good quality which cannot be bought in Germany. That is why I ordered directly from Spain.

The ham and cheese were fine, but they did not debone the ham, as I requested and paid for. They do not respond by email and they also do not answer the phone, so I consider that money lost. Customer service is TERRIBLE.

Hello, I placed the shoulder with the hoof down and the little I have cut is hard and salty. It is the first time in my life that I have bought a shoulder or ham. I don't know if that is normal or not. Let's see when I cut more if it remains the same. Best regards.
