The ham is salty, it does not have a single streak of fat, being Iberian it must have been born on the peninsula. It is not worth what I paid for it. On the other hand, I requested that my order be canceled to buy a shoulder and received no response.

I placed the order on a Sunday and on Monday they processed and shipped the order, receiving it on Tuesday. I am very satisfied with the service. The ham holder is very good, although it could improve some finishing touches.
