Slight delay in shipping. I had to claim it. But the important thing is that the two types of acorn ham I ordered turned out great.

The paletilla is not what you offer. In theory, it was a 100% Ibérico Bellota paletilla and it is at most a cebo shoulder without a surname. It seems like a scam to me.

In previous orders it was fine, in this last one they sent a ham below the requested and paid weight, as for the ham it is drier than the previous ones.

The delivery service is a disaster, after the package was 3 days going around and not being delivered to the delivery address with the excuse that no one was there when it's not true since they didn't come because I was at home, the purchased products were no longer in good condition. It's a shame that your reputation is tarnished by the poor performance of the transport company.
