It is of very low quality, besides delivering a ham that is not what they mention, be careful.

I made an order and they made a mistake with the chosen product. After waiting for the return and the new delivery, I received half of the product specified in the invoice. I have sent two emails without response and contacting by phone is impossible. Regrettable.

Hello, we have bought several times and it has always been correct. But in this last order, the merchandise received cannot possibly resemble what was requested.. I ask you to take note for future orders to other customers, in order not to disappoint more end users.. I hope you have not lowered the quality of your products.. Best regards, Aitziber.

Hello, the last shipment was not good. The fat content was too high. The shipment was composed of 50% meat and 50% fat.

This is the third order I have made and this one is very bad. I bought a black leg shoulder and in proportion it turned out to be more expensive than buying loose packs. Last time I buy here.
