The difficulty of placing an order online. All my orders have been through an operator, for example last Sunday, I couldn't finish my order (that day was the last day)

Misleading advertising, the order has nothing to do with the photo, I received a half ham that looked more like serrano ham than iberian, it's a shame I don't have options to upload photos to compare the internet photo with the photo of the order I received.

We have acquired one of their 100% Bellota Hams to try and to be honest we are liking it a lot. The piece arrived with the indicated weight at the time of sale, it was perfectly packaged and the package arrived on time and in good condition. Therefore... It is a 5 Star supplier and completely trustworthy.

Just to say that it is very salty. The shoulder and the iberian ham should always be just right in salt but not too salty and this shoulder is very salty. The purchase did not go well.
