The paletilla is not what you offer. In theory, it was a 100% Ibérico Bellota paletilla and it is at most a cebo shoulder without a surname. It seems like a scam to me.

The delivery service is a disaster, after the package was 3 days going around and not being delivered to the delivery address with the excuse that no one was there when it's not true since they didn't come because I was at home, the purchased products were no longer in good condition. It's a shame that your reputation is tarnished by the poor performance of the transport company.

In my order, there were three sections, A). Sliced paletilla, very bad, totally salty. B) two spicy sobrasadas, I only received one. C). Ham and paletilla petals, they will be delicious. D) the weights of the envelopes, none has its purchased weight, the heaviest weighs just 100 grams including the packaging and the cardboard which weigh 25 grams. I am not satisfied with anything. The term in which this ham was presented was "BRUTAL OFFER". In my philological understanding, a brutal offer is something excellent that is half price or less. Hence the adjective "brutal". This purchase has been a disappointment for me. After smelling and tasting it, neither my brother nor I have touched it again. It smells rancid, tastes rancid, is dry, and does not captivate even visually. I am trying to contact the company but to date, they have ignored my two emails. I would like them to exchange it for another of better quality and pay the difference. But for now, no response. 110 € that my dog is going to eat.
