One of the sobrasadas is very, very soft.

The ham is very tender, completely flaccid, uncured. The others I bought turned out great, but this one has been a failure.

Fast delivery service, but the shoulder is very soft, looks like meat, I think more care should be taken to review the order before shipping, the solution will be for cooking, etc.

They changed a 9kg POZO Ferrari ham that was bad for a 7kg POZO gold series one. Normally in these cases, the change should be for another equal or superior. From the Ferrari, only two packets were opened. Not even 50g of ham, and one of them was returned halfway.

The serrano ham I bought, supposedly cured for 15 months, is of poor quality. It's true that it's not an iberian type ham, but it does not correspond to the product advertising.

The delivery was good and fast. The product leaves much to be desired, I give it 3 out of ten. The quality-price ratio is very bad and we are talking about a 5 Jotas shoulder, total excess fat. In summary, a failure. I will not buy again.

The cheeses I ordered were fine. The pieces of reserve serrano ham I ordered were two bricks for walling, that is, very bad.

I just received my order and almost everything is for throwing away. Broken bottle, exploded can of olives, the cheese is to throw away, the sobrasada looks like chorizo puree, the ham comes cooked and the packaging is terrible.

Little ham lately, all have come out with a lot of fat.

I am still afraid that the blood sausages or sausages will cause us a reaction. The shoulder is pure fat and I ordered it sliced and vacuum packed, but since it arrived whole, I had it cut and packed, an operation that cost me 60 euros. Bad experience

I received the order in poor condition, one item was a tub of cracklings without a seal and the cracklings had a kind of layer of mold, if a person with poor eyesight or blind received it, they would surely get intoxicated at the very least. Just that.

I am missing half a ham, I only received 14 envelopes, 6 rancid bones, and a bag of cubes. I have already made a complaint by email, they tell me to return the order and that's it. What a shame. They sell you the idea that they cut a shoulder for you, but in reality, they give you some already cut envelopes, some bones that are over a month old, and a little bag of cubes.

Shoulder in poor condition, with many hard white parts in the middle of the meat, they respond that it is normal due to the curing of the shoulder, as I told them, one thing is to have a few and another is to have so many that when you want to eat it, they are as hard as small stones that can even be removed with the tip of a knife, it is impossible to eat the ham, it is like chewing sand, they tell me they won't change it, I advise not to buy from this store, I have bought shoulders before on other websites and have never had a problem, everyone is good for selling, but then they have to be there for the problems and they slip away, and I am throwing the shoulder in the trash
