The meat is very tough. I will not buy again. The taste is correct.

The best part was how quickly it arrived but the ham I threw in the trash was dry I tried to connect with you but there was no phone or anything.

The shoulder was very small and had very little ham, it had a lot of white fat and a bone that prevented me from cutting it well.

I ordered a shoulder 50% Iberian machine-cut and it is not Iberian at all, it is salty and hard. A disappointment.

THIS ORDER WAS NOT GOOD. THE HAM IS SUPER SALTY, AND THE BACON IN EACH PACKAGE HAS A YELLOWISH COLOR THAT CANNOT BE EATEN. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THEY CALL ME ONE DAY AT 9:30 IN THE MORNING AND TELL ME THAT SINCE I AM NOT HOME, I HAVE TO GO TO THEIR WAREHOUSE TO PICK IT UP. I INDICATE THAT SINCE THEY DID NOT CALL ME, THEY COULD HAVE LEFT IT IN THE BUILDING'S GROUND FLOOR. RESPONSE: THEY CANNOT STOP TO CALL ANYONE BECAUSE THEY LOSE A LOT OF TIME. I TELL THEM TO GIVE ME A TIME, AND I WILL BE HOME, AS WE ALL HAVE OUR JOBS. THEY GIVE ME THE OPTION TO PICK IT UP WITH A TIME WINDOW OF 4 HOURS (4 TO 8) A FEW KILOMETERS FROM MY HOUSE. FOR ALL THE ABOVE, YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THAT THIS WAS NOT AN ORDER THAT WILL BE PLACED AGAIN.

The truth is that this shoulder is very hard and tough. It's a big disappointment!

I bought 30 packages. They expire in a month and a little. Also, so far I have had to throw away 2 that must have been poorly packaged and were in bad condition. I don't know if there will be more.

I bought a black label ham and it comes without a label, I write to them and they do not respond.

I felt deceived by what I received

They sent me a 100% Iberian field-fed shoulder, the top part smelled bad and the bottom part was bland for what it was, plus a lot of fat, and I called and they treated me terribly and even laughed at me, I will never buy here again and I do not recommend it to anyone. They told me that if I wanted to return it, I would pay for the shipping and if they found it suitable, they would return it to me. I started that the shoulder was really shameful and the laughing over the phone about my complaint is denounceable. My opinion is do not buy here.

Despite being a shoulder with brand guarantee (Sanchez Romero Carbajal), it is a very very salty shoulder.

I have bought many of these in other stores and none as bad as this one, very dry, with no fat at all, honestly it didn't look like a 4 seasons. The ham did not come in the usual brand case as advertised. Moreover, at the time of purchase, they advertised a ham weighing more than 8.5 kg and what they sent weighed only 6.3 kg. Never again. The ham is good but has more than 60% fat. I complained and they did not offer to change it. I can attach photos or videos.

They sell you a shoulder of 4.5 kg but you receive 1.7 kg plus 530 grams of bone. Most of the packages I receive are from the end of the shank. I will never buy ham again.

This last 5J shoulder I received has little aging and too much fat.

Cut excessively thick, excess salt, and with little shelf life, I didn't like it, the shipping was fine.
