Shoulder in bad condition and shameful service.

The first order was perfect 5 stars but this last one came very dry, very difficult to cut and loses a lot of flavor, I give it one star.

I am waiting for a return and no one answers me.

I am a professional customer for several years and I am very disappointed with the response to the problem of 3 weeks delay on my orders. I lost several orders and customers without any commercial gesture! The 5 jotas received was too fresh to even cut it with a machine. Very, very disappointed!!!

Very bad.

The shipment never arrived. They notified me on December 14 that the shipment had been sent. Sending a message asking for the tracking number, no one answers me. On December 20, I received a message from NACEX that my shipment is in return status. I called NACEX the next day and they told me that the shipment had been in their warehouse since November 30 and they returned it. I understand that we are in Christmas and that the carriers are overwhelmed, however there should be more control by Jamón and Paletilla over their shipments.

It is a ham that does not seem Iberian and less that the pigs have grazed. I feel deceived, it looks like serrano ham.

The black hoof was in the photo when I received the order, they were normal, the cheese better the ham normality, disappointed.

The shoulder had no flavor. I regret the purchase.

Bad, after making a complaint they offered the return of the products that did not arrive. I tried to contact by phone and after not succeeding I wrote again. The order was 4 products. And 3 arrived, one of them duplicated and two did not arrive. In the end, they have not responded to my complaint. I do not recommend this store.

Poor quality product and "dry", a shoulder that cannot be eaten. They did not change the product but told me they would refund 20% but they didn't do that either. I do not recommend buying anything from this company, it is not reliable or serious.

It is raw, very little cured.

I had problems with a cheese. I wrote to them but they do not respond. I will not buy again.

The flavor of the shoulder is very good, but it is very dry on both sides.

The box arrived all broken and damaged, I sent an email notifying it and I am still waiting for a response. The Navidul four seasons ham is super salty, practically inedible, I will never buy again on this page, totally disappointed.

In this last order of two shoulders, one of 100% Iberian feed from Legado El Pozo, which was raw meat........ basically, and the other with a lot of fat, I am not very satisfied.

Disappointed, very hard I could not get a decent plate for Christmas Eve, and I had to buy it sliced in the store, I will not recommend you to anyone.

It has been a disappointment. Until now those of us who had ordered, very well, but this last ham, dry, past its time, the fat rancid and it did not have a pleasant taste. This is not a melon, a ham can be guessed when it is past its time. There it is, no one can eat it.

I bought several Benito selection author hams during the year 2021 and I have to say that this last one disappointed me a lot, I expected to have the same quality as in previous purchases but the truth is that I was disappointed.

I received my order on time but instead of receiving 100g ham envelopes they sent me 80g.

We gave two hams to clients, and since they are trusted people they told us that they are dry and not worth buying. Regards.

It came out very raw, can I return it?

I opened the "ham" on the day of arrival and noticed that the boneless ham was covered with a foul-smelling yellow substance, I sent them the photos and pointed out that it might be spoiled due to poor preservation, their response was: "We cannot know what substance you are referring to in your email nor what may have happened, what we guarantee is that it left our facilities in a completely correct and impeccable manner". And then nothing else. As a result, I removed a good part of the ham, inedible. In recent years I had made several purchases, but this is the last time. They are not reliable.

I have never seen a ham with so much fat, I would say that 80% was fat, I sent photos proving what I say and they don't even bother to respond.... I am deleting my account, I will not buy here again, WHAT A SCAM.

Good morning, I did not receive the order and the customer service was terrible.

Excessively salty, I will claim it, it's unacceptable that a Joselito is delivered like this.

Very dissatisfied with the product, I bought a 100% Iberian ham with the black tie, hence my purchase and the product arrived without the tie that certifies the quality of the products and who knows what type of ham you have supplied us.

It does not have the quality I expected, very dry and salty, for being a 5jotas ham the quality is poor. Also, I wanted to contact them by phone and there was no way. I will not buy on this website again.

The shipment arrived late and it was not the product purchased. Customer service response is null, in short, the service is regrettable.

The ham did not turn out very good, however the ham did, a little dissatisfied with the ham.

The ham is super salty and has no taste at all, I am very disappointed.

I have not received the order since November 29, I feel like I am being scammed.

I wrote them an email because my order was taking too long and they did not bother to reply. After several days and receiving my order, I opened it and my surprise is that they put in what they wanted. My order consisted of a lot of Iberian ham from Huelva, with loin and sausages from Huelva from the "prestigious brand Centelles & Buj" and they put in a ham from Benito and a loin from Benito from Salamanca. They indicate on their page that if there is any product missing they will replace it with another of equal or higher quality, but they didn't even bother to include products from Huelva (without belittling others). In conclusion, communication ZERO, shipping speed ZERO, notifying customers that those products are not available in case they send others, nothing, they just send it and that's it. I bought 3 hams this Christmas on different pages and this one gets all my negative ratings. Good luck to others with their purchase. Regards.

Terrible.

I bought two 100% Iberian hams from EL POZO. In the first cut, before the ham appeared, I removed 469 grams of fat and there was more fat than ham left. They haven't responded to my complaints. I will never buy ham or ham from El Pozo again.

Totally disappointed.

The ham is quite dry and the meat is hard.

I made a complaint because it came out very tender. I still haven't received a response.
