I have requested to return it because it is not in a condition to consume, it is hard, dry and a bit salty. They asked me for some photos of the product, I sent them and I am waiting for them to come to return it.

I want to return a ham, it has gone bad

This is the second shoulder we bought, the first 100% Iberian, really good and that's why we decided to buy again. This second one 100% black label, is not worth the price we paid, it was undercured, almost tasteless, a shoulder for which I wouldn't pay more than 70€. I usually don't give my opinion, I just stop buying, but when they offered me the possibility in the email I took the opportunity. What a shame. Regards and happy holidays.

The ham is harder and drier than mojama, I will never buy again on this page. That ham was not meant for sale.

It has been a great disappointment, the ham was too cured, dry, salty and with no fat at all. We cut it into pieces and froze it to use in stews. Although we really should have returned it. But it's too late. I want to document our complaint. Belén

I bought a ham and it seemed like jerky because it was so hard, they changed it for another one and it was still hard, not as much, but very dry, it seems like an ordinary ham. I was embarrassed to go back because it was dry again, so I kept it

I ordered a ham, I want summum the best of its range and I received one with a different label from JamónPaletilla, they tell me it is correct that they made a mistake with the label, I have to trust them because if it is from a lower range I cannot prove it.

Last year I received a product from my batch in bad condition, when I claimed it, they told me they would replace it in the next order!!! But if that is already horrible, they haven't even fulfilled it...

We bought the Iberian shoulder as a gift and they brought it back to us, 2 emails, 2 calls and a message to the answering machine and we don't know how to proceed for the exchange. A disappointment...

The shoulder is very salty and has absolutely nothing Iberian, it seems like cheap supermarket meat, I ordered it in two vacuum-packed pieces paying more and they sent it whole, an absolute disappointment.

I BOUGHT A HAM SHOULDER OF 2.500 AND I RECEIVED 2.500 WITH THE PACKAGING INCLUDED IN THE WEIGHT. I THINK I AM MISSING HAM, BUT WELL WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO AND THEY CHARGED ME 10 EUROS FOR THE MACHINE CUT.

This is not the first time I have problems with this company. In a previous order, there were already delays and difficulties to contact. On this occasion, they sold me a ham advertised as 36 months cured that is raw and chewy. I received a response, but only to ask me for more information, without them giving me any solution so far. Currently, I am without ham, without money, and without a clear answer. Very disappointing experience.

Terrible, I have bought shoulders several times and the last two times there have been problems. First a green brida shoulder in bad condition, and the second wrong shoulder and the excuse is that they made a mistake with the vitola, but the shoulder is the one I paid more for, of course. I certainly expected it to surpass a simple shoulder from Mercadona with a similar price, although this is not about prices but about quality. I do not recommend buying this shoulder at all, I don't even waste time on the return, it's already in the container.

Order placed on 25/11 and today, 12/12, it still hasn't arrived... Impossible to contact them or get a response by any means, let's see when they arrive and in what condition. I have been ordering for several years and they have always been 10, this year is being disastrous.

The blisters are 100 grams and they said 150 grams. Only 10 packets of 100 grams come. A lot of delay in arriving at home and the flavor of the shoulder is nothing to write home about, very average.

I have been looking for the order for several days, I received an email from the transport company and they indicate that when entering the order number, through an automated agent, that the order is at the delivery center where I requested they left it, it arrived and there is nothing, that was yesterday, I go back today and they tell me the same thing. I call Nacex, this time they do attend to me after 15 minutes and tell me that the order never arrived, when they automatically say that it did... in short, a situation I have never experienced. Please, I request that you fix it, thank you.

Hello, I am very disappointed. I order ham every year from different sites and this is a disaster. I know a shoulder is fatty, but this one is 90% fat. I sent a message and received no response. This is the first time in my life that I have a shoulder like this, and I was hesitating between this and the thigh.

It is not the quality I expected from the product. The ham is very raw and tasteless.

We haven't received the shoulder we bought, another one arrived, we realized when trying the product upon opening it, that it was totally different in flavor from the one we bought in September and this last one was supposed to be a better piece. Let's see how they resolve the problem now and I can continue with my opinion.

The two hams I bought are super salty, I contacted them and they haven't replied.

Purchase of Half Iberian Cebo Ham 50% Iberian Breed Iberian Selection Sierra de Huelva. From 3 to 3.50 kg. They assure 25 to 30 packets of approximately 100 grams. I only received 19 packets.

I bought an Iberian shoulder and it has no flavor, totally dissatisfied. Even so, I filed my complaint and due to a photo, the tasters deemed it good because of the color... and for flavor, they will have to suck the photo.

Broken packages and one open, dented olive jars. And their response is that it's the transporter's fault.

Not satisfied at all. The ham is raw. It is not cured, it looks like meat. And then they say it's black label!!! Well, it doesn't have a label nor is it a different ham. Iberian breed or anything. It's a normal serrano ham. Which is in line with what it cost 150€. Honestly, it doesn't seem like a 150€ ham. It's very far from it. Moreover, if I could, I would return it.

The ham arrived completely raw, no problem with the return.

Although it has the black hoof, it doesn't look like an Iberian, it hardly has fat infiltration. It's poorly cured and I started with the chin. Anyway, it didn't turn out good!

The after-sales service is horrible, the attention is worse. They send the order wherever they want, in our case, they sent the order to the billing address which is 200km from where it was supposed to be delivered. We warned them before the order left, as the Nacex notice already indicated the wrong delivery address and their response was 'we send the order where the invoice says'. An invoice that we attached indicating the correct addresses. After this, they didn't respond to any more emails, disappearing. We have to arrange another transport on our own to take it to Barcelona. Don't buy, what they sell is a delicate product and there is no after-sales service. There are more online options at a good price and with a thousand times better service.

I have no news about the shipment of my order. They have not contacted either me or the recipient. They only sent me an email to ask for my opinion about the company. Well, very bad.

The shoulder is inedible, extremely salty. We tried to complain and have not received a response. We will not buy online again.
