I already sent an email. I sent it. GLS did not let me change the delivery destination as I normally do on Amazon when I am not home. I had to go to an industrial area 25km away to pick it up. Because I was not home. According to GLS, it could not be changed and left at the GLS store 50 meters from my house, because it was an order blocked by you. Only in hand. I buy 'Iberian acorn' salami and chorizo and the label comes as Iberian, in addition to being of such poor quality that I doubt it is Iberian, I claim and their response is that it is labeled by the distributor, why do they sell it as Iberian acorn?? I request a refund because apart from the deception I do not like it and I am still waiting. Conclusion: poor customer service, misleading advertising, I will not buy again.

I buy shoulder on promotion. I start it on Friday, February 21. The shoulder is excessively cured, and, in my opinion, salty. I dig through the shoulder to try to find a better area. Difficult. I call customer service, explain the problem, they ask for photographs. I send photographs. They respond today and tell me that I have consumed more than 10% and that the manufacturer does not accept the return. It is not true that I have enjoyed more than 10% since what I cut was dry and salty. I did not like the solution :(
