The shipment was good, but upon arrival and tasting the product, it was excessively salty, so I requested a refund. They asked me for photos but no one has responded to me since then, I have read that they have 15 days to return it, the days go by and I know nothing. The uncertainty that is generated I think is not appropriate.

It weighed 7.700 and the week/batch number is 05/24. 008/24, I don't know if this corresponds to 30 months of curing... at first it was fine but soon the fat starts to be chewy and very little cured, very soft

We ordered some batches for the company and by chance we realized that all the batches came with two pieces less of products. It wasn't just one batch that was mistaken, no, it was in all of them. We had to ask all the workers if they had received those products and they all agreed that they had not. It is very unpleasant to have to ask the workers if the batch was correct, it is not a company task, you have to ensure that everything is correct. We complained and they sent us the missing products without a single apology, they just sent them. Imagine having to package and deliver the missing products to the workers. It was horrible.

I don't like to criticize negatively most of the time but on this occasion I have to do it since the ham is very lacking in curing. A soft ham is not a ham, it is meat. Besides, the flavor is not 50% acorn, I say this with knowledge since I have bought many in my life. So except for the fact that they sent more weight than requested, it weighed 8kgs when I requested 7-7.5, I cannot add favorable facts.

I have been disappointed because the paletilla is very dry. It tastes good but I feel sorry that it is so dry. It gives the impression that they wanted to get rid of it and I have been the fool to whom they sent it.

The box it came in was broken and one of the cheeses had broken its surrounding plastic. It was not very comforting that the box was not intact as one of the hams was only wrapped in cloth, no plastic which is fine but animals etc. could have had access to it during the transportation to Denmark which took almost 2 weeks. Haven't tried the hams yet but they look nice. I haven't gotten any reply on my email I sent in English and translated to Spanish....
