The shoulder is barely cured. It's very raw! Good taste but very raw.

It is quite salty, the truth is that this is the first time I have this problem and I have already bought quite a few shoulders from you.

The slices are so thin and since they come vacuum packed it's impossible to separate them, they seem to be pressed and also have too much bacon.

Good products and good service from the merchant, this time I am not entirely satisfied with the UPS transport agency, which left the order at a pickup point far from my house and on a restricted traffic street.

Order 20 vacuum-packed 100g containers. 5 were sent of very low quality, even rancid and excessive bacon.
