Hello, I bought a vacuum-packed shoulder and we didn't like the product as it is quite salty. We have made purchases on other occasions and this has never happened to us. Thank you.

Regular customer of Sanchez Romero Carvajal loin. This time, one of the two pieces of loin came with the vacuum poorly sealed and, therefore, somewhat dry and salty.

The black label ham has a good flavor but I must say it is different from the flavor of the cebo or acorn ham, which I personally prefer
