The shoulder more than cured and the ham dry. The raw one did not arrive. I bought it for a gift. In short...

I am very happy with the service provided by Jamón and Paletilla. The shipments are fast and the quality-price ratio is very good. In one of the orders, some loin sticks were noticeably below the indicated weight, I reported it and they compensated me in the next order. I recommend them.

Too salty and very dry that does not correspond to what was purchased, as the website stated "Duroc Gran Reserva Serrano Ham, with a minimum curing of 15 months of Duroc breed, we find a ham with good intramuscular fat infiltration and a mild flavor ideal for the whole family. High-performance ham."
