Almost everything was perfect but the 100% Iberian ham from Legado was full of fat and I have bought it other times and it didn't have so much fat, just the right amount for an Iberian, but this one is going back because it was already very sliced and you can't appreciate the lean part at all.

I bought an offer for an acorn-fed shoulder, at first it was impossible to eat, further down it was a bit softer and could be eaten well, I mentioned this to the seller and he told me to send him some photos which I did but I did not receive a response, I think the offer was because the ham was starting to go bad, I will not buy from the page again

The shoulder seemed to me to have a lot of lean meat and little cured, too tender this time.

The product is tasty and of quality but it arrived green with mold, on the hoof and the outer part. It did not happen to me with the 10 veins. Next year, I will return to the usual product.
