I don't like to criticize negatively most of the time but on this occasion I have to do it since the ham is very lacking in curing. A soft ham is not a ham, it is meat. Besides, the flavor is not 50% acorn, I say this with knowledge since I have bought many in my life. So except for the fact that they sent more weight than requested, it weighed 8kgs when I requested 7-7.5, I cannot add favorable facts.

I usually buy a lot from this page for hams and shoulders, I have never had any problems, I usually buy Don Benito

I haven't given it as a gift yet, but I like how well it is protected and the speed of receiving it. I bought it by mistake. I searched for Iberian shoulders and this one came up among many, and I picked it. Later I found out it is a signature product. I can't wait to try it.

I have been disappointed because the paletilla is very dry. It tastes good but I feel sorry that it is so dry. It gives the impression that they wanted to get rid of it and I have been the fool to whom they sent it.

At first I was a bit disappointed because I thought it was pata negra... But what was my surprise, that it is MUCH BETTER THAN A PATA NEGRA !! IT'S A HAM IN CAPITAL LETTERS !! It feels like butter and is very good !! I RECOMMEND IT 100%
