Customer reviews of JamónyPaletilla

Excellent service and great professionalism. I have made several purchases and always a success. It has become my reference supplier.

Good selection of product. Fast shipping. Now I hope the product is good.

Good quality price. Recommendable

Very good quality

Very good and tasty

The quality of the lean meat is GOOD... REGULAR the weight 8.220 Kg. (according to the label) that is a little less than the minimum weight offered. BAD the fat proportion is extremely high.

Very good the shoulder

There is no way to track the order and they took more than five business days, as well as calling them and they don't answer the phone.

The box arrived destroyed but the ham is good. I only tried it once. Let's see how the rest is. Thank you!!!!

Perfect! They meet the shipping deadlines and deliver quality products, just as indicated in the descriptions.

Everything is great as always

Very good attention, timely delivery and the purchased product is very acceptable.

The delivery was as agreed and the ham very tasty.

Impressive flavor, this is the second one I buy in a week, one for me and another as a gift. Very good!

The attention is exceptional. The prices are unbeatable. Perhaps the shipping times, for sliced ADO product, take a few more days than the five days announced, although it is true that the company warns that due to the high number of orders, these times are extended a bit. In summary, totally satisfied with the quality of what I buy.

Very good purchase

The product is fine. The promotion included a wedge of cheese that I did not receive, I sent a message to claim it and I did not receive a response, after several days of calling they tell me that they will refund me 2 euros for the wedge... anyway...

Good quality price ratio

Everything correct

Very good

Everything perfect and fast. The shoulder is very good. Without a doubt we will repeat.

Good ham, oily, good reddish color, very mild and not intense flavor and smell, very similar to the hams from Guijuelo. Recommendable.

For now (we are just starting the dough and we haven't discovered the bone yet) appearance, smell and flavor are excellent, as well as the packaging it came in.

Perfect

I bought two Iberian hams and the quality price is unbeatable

Very good product

Very poorly packaged package. The ham is very moist.

The order arrived one day late, they didn't answer calls or emails, to request a solution to the problem since it is a perishable product although it came vacuum-packed, and they respond several days after receiving the goods. I expressed my complaints in the email, and they replied saying that customer service is good and that if they don't answer the phone it's because they are busy. They should attend to the messages from the answering machine and try to resolve the problem on the day it arises and talk to the transport company that failed with the delivery of the order, once received, it is of no use to communicate with you. I hope that when I open the ham packages they are in perfect condition. This way I will have to pay for refrigerated shipping, as there is no guarantee of delivery. In any case, this is the first time this has happened to me with them, and I will continue to buy, if something like this happens again, then I will not buy anymore.

FAST AND EFFICIENT

It is delicious and also comes with a gift and good price.

As always, EVERYTHING PERFECT. Products and Shipments. The Best

Quality and service.

EXCELLENT

Everything is fine, quality and good price but a bit too dry

Excellent service, and excellent customer service... Thank you very much...

Excellent products. Not only the ham but also the variety of cheeses they have

I find that this ham is not dry at all and the same words and its taste are not marked like 100% usual It is very soft! How long has it been dried? Awaiting your response. Best regards. Alain DUBOUILLE

Each 150g packet of acorn-fed shoulder is a perfect and special lunch for two people ... and it changes your day for the better.

Very good, as always

Very good product, as usual, magnificent attention. Only one problem with the transport but totally unrelated to the service I received from jamonypaletilla. Very happy with my order. Thank you very much to the jamonypaletilla team.
