Excellent cheese... Like in all orders... one of the packages had air (not vacuumed).. if you pay more for ordering quarters of packaged cheese, it's to be able to preserve them longer.

We bought 1 onion ham 100% Iberian La Unión de Jabugo and it turned out very good, 1 Iberian acorn chorizo 50% Iberian breed Benito this one is not bad, normal, a 100% Iberian acorn loin Montesano that did not seem to be acorn, without veins and very stiff and the cured Iberian acorn pancetta Desire Iberico that was quite good.

The quality of the product is not bad, but the shipping conditions leave much to be desired. Remember that we are talking about products that at 40 degrees lose a lot or perhaps should be thrown in the trash. The cheese wedge is a detail but it came as butter. This is the second time I order and I understand there will be a third but that needs to improve. If you want, I can send you how I received it, if you give me an email

The whole ordering and delivery process has been simple, fast, and without problems, as always. However, the first packet we tried, of a product we have bought on other occasions, was quite saltier than usual, ...we'll see how the other packets are. For this reason, we do not give the maximum rating this time.

The ham is excellent. It has an intense flavor, a smooth texture, and is cured to perfection. You can tell the quality in every slice. Moreover, the cheese is a gift, which was a very nice detail. Highly recommend!

I am more than delighted, the ham is still as delicious. However, it would be good to include an ice pack to keep it fresh in this heat!
