This is the first time we buy this type of product online and we were a little scared. The shoulder arrived in 48 hours and is exquisite and at a very good price. We are delighted and will definitely repeat

100% Benito Cebo de Campo Ham: Arrives in a few days, properly wrapped, correct label, well hydrated in fat, but soft which makes me doubt. However, when cut it came out perfect, without excess fat, marbled, cured and delicious. Right now I would buy it again without a doubt.

I ordered a batch of raw sheep milk cheeses and so far all are very good, the order arrived well packaged but took a little longer than 48h but I suppose it was because I ordered it on Thursday, otherwise fine.

The ham excessively fatty and the cheeses with oil are half the weight of the Christmas ones and at the same price, how come and this with a 10% discount?. This is the second ham I have bought, both with excess fat.

HAM AND SHOULDER Good morning. I am contacting you to see if you can inform me, since they do not answer me by phone and curiously today when I call it says that this number does not exist after having spoken with you at this same number. Well, the case is that I need an explanation of how a shoulder of 6.5 to 7.00 kg sends me a weight of 1100g of ham. I consider that the loss is excessive so I would like an explanation please. Judge for yourselves. Unheard of is the word, after more than 40 years in the restaurant business I have never seen such exaggerated loss.

The product is of good quality, but regarding the speed of shipping, it has been poor since I received it at my home more than 10 days after placing the order when the shipping information on the website indicates that the delivery time in the peninsula is 24-48 hours. Improve that delivery service or change the information on the deadlines so that customers know what to expect.

They have excellent products at a very good price. To put a downside, they take quite a while to serve, but as it is predictable, it is just a matter of advancing the order and having a little patience. 5 complete stars
