Throughout the year I buy hams and everything is very good but in summer they should reinforce the staff because the sliced shipments take a long time to arrive

We have been consuming your products for years and the overall satisfaction is very good. The previous ham from the Montesano brand was of high quality, but this last shoulder from the same brand has the smell and taste of pork, not typical of 100% Iberian acorn, although we are consuming it.

Good treatment and good service, as always.

The delivery has been terrible, I haven't tried the product yet.

The shipping time was a disaster, between when I bought it and when it arrived at my house with a prior complaint email about the wait, I don't remember exactly but at least 10 days, although it was probably two weeks, unacceptable. The ham is fine, acceptable and what is more or less available for this price almost everywhere.

The quality of the lean meat is GOOD... REGULAR the weight 8.220 Kg. (according to the label) that is a little less than the minimum weight offered. BAD the fat proportion is extremely high.

There is no way to track the order and they took more than five business days, as well as calling them and they don't answer the phone.

The product is fine. The promotion included a wedge of cheese that I did not receive, I sent a message to claim it and I did not receive a response, after several days of calling they tell me that they will refund me 2 euros for the wedge... anyway...

Good ham, oily, good reddish color, very mild and not intense flavor and smell, very similar to the hams from Guijuelo. Recommendable.

Very poorly packaged package. The ham is very moist.

The order arrived one day late, they didn't answer calls or emails, to request a solution to the problem since it is a perishable product although it came vacuum-packed, and they respond several days after receiving the goods. I expressed my complaints in the email, and they replied saying that customer service is good and that if they don't answer the phone it's because they are busy. They should attend to the messages from the answering machine and try to resolve the problem on the day it arises and talk to the transport company that failed with the delivery of the order, once received, it is of no use to communicate with you. I hope that when I open the ham packages they are in perfect condition. This way I will have to pay for refrigerated shipping, as there is no guarantee of delivery. In any case, this is the first time this has happened to me with them, and I will continue to buy, if something like this happens again, then I will not buy anymore.

Everything is fine, quality and good price but a bit too dry

I find that this ham is not dry at all and the same words and its taste are not marked like 100% usual It is very soft! How long has it been dried? Awaiting your response. Best regards. Alain DUBOUILLE

Good quality price

Fast delivery service and tasty shoulder but very dry, I started cutting it from one side that I couldn't cut, changed sides and it was somewhat better, very dry.

The ham is very good. But in the offer it said that a gift piece would come and it didn't. I called by phone but they never answer, I sent an email and they solved it for me.

I didn't like the ham much, they say it's 100% Iberian, but it can't be, because it has no marbling. Thank you

The last shoulder I bought was excellent. Well, actually every time I have bought, it has gone very well. I mention it to acquaintances as if I were getting a commission.

The curing time of the received product (ham) is not optimal; it is much lower than indicated on the website, so the texture of the product leaves much to be desired (very soft)

I bought 6 TACOS JAMÓN RESERVA VETEADO total weight: 1 Kg of which all are edges of the ham, nothing from the center of the ham, all very cured and hard, 5 Fuet Espetec Extra Bon Tall very hard, difficult to chew, but it's the first time this has happened in an order from this company... I will have to choose better what I buy and if it is sent the same way then return...

The delivery by the courier was terrible. The shoulder has a good flavor but is a bit dry.

The ham from Teruel usually has less salt

The shoulder is hard, salty and very small, it does not seem like Iberian feed ham, it seems more like a warehouse, it does not have the Iberian flavor, very disappointed.

It arrived early and well packaged, we found it salty in taste.

The tie was removed, although they called me to tell me, the consume by date is 09/22, the ham is good but a bit hard

It's not a way to send a seemingly good ham in transport that took five days to deliver at 40 degrees and arrived pure melted fat.
