The order arrived quickly, in two days perfectly, but it arrived wrong and I have been trying to contact by phone for several days and they do not answer the calls, you can only leave a message and they do not call you back.

First ham fabulous but second disappointment.

The information regarding the shipment was deficient. The shipment was announced in 24/48h, and it took 18 days. Transportation problems can be understood due to bad weather, but I was not notified at any time and had to call several times, even to an email I sent because I couldn't get a response by phone. On the other hand, once the ham arrived, I can say it is very good.

Yes it arrived, but when putting all the products with the ham in the cardboard box, some like the nougat were hit and broken, it would be necessary to protect them as the jar of asparagus was wrapped, that's the only downside.

I expected the shoulder to be of better quality, with the 40% discount it was a price that even so I would not buy it again, without that discount it would be extremely exaggerated. "100% acorn-fed Iberian...???"-- without more. I brought several colleagues to compare with some cebo, others 100 acorn-fed.... and we saw it on par with the 50% Iberian cebo.

I have always bought shoulders and other products on this website and the product, the treatment, the pickup at the Calafell market store, the gifts for going to pick it up... were very good. In the last order I placed, my surprise when I went to pick it up, I always do it this way since I live near the market store, was unpleasant: it turns out that the company has split into two people and the products have very different prices if you order them on the website jamonypaletilla.com compared to how they sell them in the physical store of the Calafell market. I paid almost 10€ more for my shoulder, in the store they had the same, cheaper and with a gift. I called to discuss it and they offered me discount vouchers for future purchases, of a 5% discount, even so it is still cheaper to buy it in the market store and they also have their own website. In the end, although the treatment and the product were always good with jamonypaletilla.com, the customer goes where they can save money on the same product.

Too salty the shoulder

I ordered a ham shoulder that said it was between 2 and 2.5 kg and it doesn't reach two, otherwise good.

The shoulder is not bad but it is very dry.

Hello, well the first time very good, the other not so much, there are packages that only have fat and do not taste very good to be honest.

The salchichón arrived without vacuum and the order took 1 week to arrive, it had not been like this on other occasions.

The shoulder is good but I requested knife cutting and paid for it and the cut of some pieces is very thick and with nerves that make it hard to swallow.

Iberian in every way

They took a little longer than expected since it is not the first time I buy but I must say that the product is perfect.

I bought for the first time in this store a lot of Iberian cebo ham 50% Iberian breed "Deseo Ibérico" (made by Los Romeros de Jabugo) in slices of 25 packs (advertised as "brutal offer") with 2 gifts included. The shipment was perfect in time and form, with a sealed sturdy box and vacuum-packed in bags (except for the bones, as air got into their vacuum bag). The ham...a total disappointment. The supposed Iberian marbling is absent. It has no appearance, aroma, flavor, or aftertaste of Iberian. We have eaten many tastier and less salty Serrano hams, and almost any Duroc ham (without D.O.) surpasses it. We have gone through 3 packs and have already lost "the illusion" with which we placed the order...so it will be hard to finish it. We misjudged the expectations of this product (at double the price of other similar ones in taste and quality, despite the "offer") and it is clear that we will not repeat...and we hope this serves as a warning for others. We still have to try the "gifts" (cheese wedge and acorn-fed ham bits) to see if they improve the impression we took away...

Good ham

Few cubes, few bones and the preserves are very expensive (my mistake), the ham packages are good.

Very hard and dry in some parts and too little cured in others, it does not resemble other 5J that I have bought here

The shipping was very good, the ham is tasty, but a bit mild in flavor, otherwise, everything is correct.
