It would be better a little more cured but it is acceptable, quite good in flavor.

The shavings are getting worse each time. The one I just opened is a ham of worse quality and with pieces of hard bacon. It is poorly cured.

The black label ham Benito is now called Anselmo Benito, its quality is no longer as good and it has come out a bit salty. I will not buy it again. The shipping was super fast and perfect.

Very good shoulder. Shipped quickly and the level of quality and curing is optimal. As a note, for novice users in the subject, I would indicate that the shoulder may come with exterior mold, which is something normal. And the rind a bit soft due to humidity. Overall very good shoulder in terms of quality-price.

Good evening. After many perfect orders... this time I am not satisfied at all since although the ham has a very good flavor it is very hard!!! And I don't think we can eat it all.

I had a problem with the shipment but that was the courier company's fault, the quality of the product is very good but the shoulders were too hard

The hams are just bone and fat, they made an attractive package for customers to buy.

The shoulder is good but I expected to find it better in taste. I have bought this brand before and it has never disappointed me, that 'grip' that stays in the throat when you savor it, this one did not have it. I must say that I negatively value the tracking of the order, there is no way to track it because there is no tracking number. The website says that UPS is the transport agency and in the end, it was brought by Nacex.

This is the second time I buy from you. The first was during Christmas and it took a long time. The second, after 12 days, the carrier called me to see what the postal code was. Very bad transport service

Sirs, a 100% acorn-fed Iberian ham should not be salty and hard, not excessively but it should be better than it is.

It turns out that I ordered fresh chorizos and they took a week to be delivered so they went straight to the trash for safety, I certainly don't think they could be consumed due to the heat process during transport you are not to blame but you will understand my problem

I recently bought a batch of sliced Iberian shoulder and it is quite tasty, it also comes with a piece of Duroc loin and some small pieces of ham for cooking. Served quickly and without problems. The price is in line with the product. For my taste, it lacks some aging but well it is.

I ordered the product sliced by knife and they sent it to me in one piece, I will leave it until I find a slicer, I cannot do it due to reduced mobility, then I cannot comment on the quality at the moment, but on the service, yes, thank you and greetings.

The shoulder 100% Iberian very good flavor, although the piece has a high fat percentage, I removed a lot of bacon. I should have noted that I wanted the bones, because otherwise they don't give them.
