The ham itself has a good taste... I told them I didn't like dry ones and it arrived super dry and mega smeared with oil to disguise it, you almost need a chainsaw to cut it... the next one that arrives like this I will return.

As always, excellent product quality but they forgot my order and, 24 hours before leaving for a trip, I had to call. The order had not been processed and they sent it urgently, the following Saturday. Good reaction but I lost the day of the trip waiting for the carrier.

The product (a boneless shoulder 50% Iberian breed) came loose inside the box without any type of support or padding, it was very loose. On the other hand, the meat of the product is as described but not the curing, it came very fresh. The flavor of the product is very mild, barely tasteless. I imagine not all products are the same, I only speak of a specific one I received.

I assumed that hams outside the norm are from Iberian pigs raised freely with acorns, but that for certain circumstances do not meet the standards for certification and labeling as IBERICO de Bellota. The ham I got by chance neither smells, nor tastes, nor looks, nor reminds you that its ancestors were Iberian, nor that it has tasted many acorns in its unfortunate life. Very disappointed.
