Good shoulder and cheese. Too bad about the logistics, very bad. It took a long time because it was sent to someone else it shouldn't have and was held for almost a week.

Good service, but I ordered a ham in slices and not all the slices are from the same ham, and the bones are a sample of the bones contained in a ham.

I bought a shoulder that was very good, but when buying the ham of the same brand, the latter came quite raw. I understand it can be complicated to see, but in this case the ham was ordered boneless and the person who will debone it should have noticed that the curing of this ham was not correct. I have always bought in this store without problems.

My opinion is that I made an order, the items in the batch were very good, but the shoulder turned out bad and after waiting many days I had to throw it away due to the bad smell and no trace of them after asking for a refund.

The taste is fine, but the lean meat, in general, I find too hard and tough.

Good service and delivery. With the ham, I am dissatisfied. This is the second one I ordered and the first one was much better, this last one is too dry and very little marbled.

It is hard and salty. I have bought other hams from that brand and I have never had this issue.

About the shipment perfect, within the indicated deadlines. I ordered a shoulder that weighed between 4-4.5 kg and I received one of 3.85 kg with straps, packaging, etc. I complained and they changed it for me, very quickly, my surprise when it arrives and weighs 100g more... I think if I complain it is to take it into account and send the shoulder with its correct weight, not that even the second time it has its weight... anyway, not buying again solves it.

The ham, the lower layer has too much fat. Half of the weight is discarded. It's a shame considering the amount of packets bought, 25.

Initially this is already trying the ham and so far it is good and at its curing point, I hope it stays like this until the end, very fast and secure delivery. Good experience with Jamón and Paletilla, this is not the first purchase I make, I will continue buying for their good service.

The product arrived with dents or scratches on the board, due to poor packaging, when I buy something the first thing I expect is for it to arrive with better packaging, not as if it were a returned product (which may be the case). Other than that, the product meets its functions well.
