The problem does not lie in their service, but the ham I purchased as a gift, Navidul 7-8 kg, was not well cured, it lacked curing. I have complained, we will see what happens.

Very satisfactory shopping experience. Fast shipping and no surprises. The purchasing website could be improved, otherwise notable.

It has a very good taste but the texture is lacking, it is too hard.

Good morning, Although your Iberian certification leaves no doubt, I expected another type of black label shoulder. Everything else is correct. Regards

It is very beaten up, and it was not vacuum packed. For the taste, it is very good, but the last time I ordered, the pieces were more whole and compact.

I bought this ham "la union 1890" from acorn-fed. The ham is good within its limitations. I thought that a ham costing more than 100€ would have a different type of quality and more from the Jabugo area. It is an Iberian ham but a bit dry, without the fat and softness desired in a pata negra ham. Next time I want an authentic pata negra ham, without having the claws painted black.

I'm sorry to say it, but the Iberian shoulder was very 'dry' and tasted very salty, and it was a gift for my parents who did not enjoy it.

The ham is salty and has a bit of a rancid taste. As if it had been stored in a moldy place. The cheese is good. I haven't tried the bacon yet. I doubt I will buy again.

The shoulder is dry and without meat, I asked for it to be started and it came normal. The only good thing was the delivery that arrived on time.

I paid for 7 to 7.5 kg.. And the one that arrived weighed 7 kilos and 87 grams. I asked for it to have fat and what I received was a Sílfide.
