Hello, I am an individual who has been placing orders with you for some time now. I know that I am a customer who does not generate a large billing for you, but I am loyal because the quality you provide and the service for me is excellent. The only thing I don't like and wanted to mention is that always, and I mean ALWAYS!!, when you order, for example, a whole piece of 6 to 6,500kg, the piece arrives with 6,030kg and for me that is an ugly detail. The product meets the expected quality. The salt point, flavor, and texture are very good. In this aspect, I would buy it again without hesitation. I don't give it 5 stars for two details: 1- The delivery time was too long, and I had to contact the company to know the reason. They claimed a high demand for sliced ham, but I think it got misplaced or when I inquired, they expedited the delivery. The fact is that after the inquiry, it arrived almost immediately. The other reason is the packaging. It is practically impossible to peel off the slices. I am new to buying in this format, but I find it much more convenient to do so with the packets bought at the supermarket. Something that gave me a lot of confidence is the weight of the packets. I never weigh what I buy, but in this case, I was curious since there were so many packets at once; I wondered if they would all weigh 100 grams including the packet... And I was pleasantly surprised to see that they all fluctuated between 116 and 120 grams. For all this, based on my experience, I recommend purchasing from this company.
