My name is Cristóbal Martínez Pozo, I am a pilot and instead of always going home loaded, I found your company that supplies quality things for my children. I started enjoying the last order for the cheese that you sell that we like the most, the Ahuyentalobos. I am contacting you to let you know that this cheese has turned out to be "a little" rancid, spoiled. It needs to be cut quite a bit (about a finger thick) from the outside to remove that flavor. I do not intend to receive a discount for next time, nor a new cheese, nor even a refund. Just to let you know that you may have received a spoiled batch or you have stored it for too long. A product for which I pay €69 must be of exceptional quality.

The ham came with a punctured bag and therefore lost its vacuum. I thought it would come cut into pieces but it came whole. As for the ham, while not bad, it is not well cured, there is a part that is very tender, even too much for me, and the other very dry, it is clear that I will not buy again.

The ham arrived very quickly, regarding the taste, well.... after throwing away 600 grams of pure fat (and what remains) I reached the edible part, and regarding the taste, I must indicate that it is far from the norm like "Joselito" is misleading advertising, as it doesn't resemble it at all, it's little more than a serrano
