I expected "something more" and better from the 100% Iberian sliced ham. A whole one is much better than slicing it oneself.

Everything was correct. Timely delivery and product as expected.

I made this order since an identical order was made through my company. But this ham has nothing to do with it. I'm sorry, I will not buy blindly again.

We made a large order to gift to the workers for Christmas, and many of the boxes arrived broken

The management was very good. The delivery was very good. But the product, a little improvable. The shoulders are dry and salty, of the two I could try.

We ordered some batches for the company and by chance we realized that all the batches came with two pieces less of products. It wasn't just one batch that was mistaken, no, it was in all of them. We had to ask all the workers if they had received those products and they all agreed that they had not. It is very unpleasant to have to ask the workers if the batch was correct, it is not a company task, you have to ensure that everything is correct. We complained and they sent us the missing products without a single apology, they just sent them. Imagine having to package and deliver the missing products to the workers. It was horrible.

It arrived as promised, good quality but one kg short in packages of a 4 kg ham. a 4 kg ham.

The products were very good, but the shipping took a long time.

The ham is not bad in flavor but it came very dry.

I ordered a batch of ham and sausages a few weeks ago and everything arrived quite quickly in one order. However, I have a problem with the black label ham I desire, the author selection that should be 30 months of curing, but with a batch date of 05/2024 the numbers do not add up. This batch should have included a wedge of smoked sheep cheese, but I only received a semi-cured one. I am trying to contact Jamón y Paletilla and there is no way. I hope to have better luck next week.

The cured sheep cheese Don Bernardo is very tasty, it has a penetrating flavor but I expected more curing and it turned out quite tender. My brother bought another one like mine and it turned out very dry, so it has much more flavor.

Several of the products have the expected quality, one of them cannot be said to be bad but the quality is below what I expected according to the product description. The delivery by GLS could not be worse, they sent me an email to select a delivery day between 2, I selected one of them and they came on a different day, I was not home and without making a second delivery attempt or giving me another option they sent me an email saying they had left my package at a delivery point and I had to go pick it up, but worst of all is that GLS has a delivery point in my same block 90 meters from my home and instead of leaving it there they left it much further away, the package was heavy and I had to carry it from where they arbitrarily decided to leave it and all because they did not come to deliver on the agreed day nor did they give the option for a second delivery attempt. The most likely thing is that I will not buy from Jamón y Paletilla again due to the poor delivery service.

I have bought more than 10 shoulders this year, generally all good, in the last shipment I was disappointed because one acorn shoulder weighed less than it should have for what I paid.

The shoulder is very good, but quite dry and not as enjoyable.

It weighed less than indicated and has a chewy texture. The truth is that I was quite disappointed. I had bought one previously and it had turned out good, that's why I repeated.

It's not bad, although the price drop after buying is due to the end of the Christmas holidays. The product is good, thank you.

The ham is a bit too cured, but the problem was with the GLS courier; the delivery was scheduled for the 23rd and it was delivered on the 26th. I understand that these days can be difficult, but they did not meet the delivery.

I GIVE THREE STARS BECAUSE IT SAID IT CAME WITH A LOTTERY RECEIPT FOR THE CHILD AND I HAVE NOT SEEN IT, OTHERWISE THE HAM IS GREAT

The ham and flavor are excellent, but it was not easy to know if it would arrive when I needed it. I called several times on different days to the customer service phone and no one ever answered, I also had to send several communications until I received a response.
