I bought a shoulder of 4 to 4.5kg and when I had it in packages it was left at 3kg with the bones and everything...

The ham packages were not from the same piece as the bones and the chunks, they were of worse quality, a bit aged

This order has not been as successful as the previous one. We think that at some point the cold chain must have been broken or maybe it's the brand but the taste of the ham leaves a lot to be desired. It ended up for dinner with a farm animal

Regarding 'Ham and Shoulder', as good as always: fast shipping and no incidents. However, regarding the product, this time the shoulder did not turn out as good as previous times and the cut is quite thick, almost more for accompanying peas than for presenting it on a plate. Nothing like the first times.

This is the third time I order a Paleta from Joselito. This time, however, it was cut and vacuum sealed. I wanted to try it. Unfortunately, this shoulder has hardly anything to do with the ones I usually order. I would describe the Paleta as bland, almost insipid. Normally, a Joselito has a strong spicy flavor. Next time I will order a whole Paleta again. That way you will know what you have. However, the service from JamonyPaletilla is excellent, as always.

Very good place to order hams. My only complaint is that shipping to Europe used to be free and now it costs me 20 euros, which forces me to look for alternatives.

The service is fine, what I don't see well is that there are shoulders that I have bought and want to repeat and they are not in stock and they don't restock them.

I specifically requested that the shoulder not be dry but rather tender. It hasn't been like that, which makes it somewhat unpleasant to eat. Very good regarding the speed of delivery.

I have bought several times. This ham, despite being changed because it was salty, does not have a flavor in line with the price. It is still strong in salt, not as much as the previous one.

Everything very good, it was for a gift, the only thing I would recommend is to change the transport company, because they are out for delivery and mark false absences, which delays the delivery. Other than that, fine.
