The devil is in the details. I would give you 5 stars if it weren't for the fact that my order included an expired sausage from the day I received the order. I live in Holland, so it doesn't make sense for me to return it and ask for another. But these things make consumers dissatisfied. Normally, when you prepare orders, you should check the expiration date considering the shipping days.

The website works well, you place an order and you have it at home right away. But when you have a problem, things change.... I made an order for a ham that turned out spectacular and when it was finished, I ordered another one. This second one arrived vacuum sealed... and it had NOTHING to do with the previous one, despite being the same type. I reported it and got no response from jamonypaletilla.

It was the 3rd time I ordered with jamoypaletilla. And possibly the last... The ham has a terrible curing and I had bought it before and either it is not the same or they haven't cured it well... It was a batch of ham and half cheese for 99e.

I received my ham, but it was very soft. I think it lacked curing. In response to my complaint, I received a favorable and immediate response. They sent me a new one and picked up the previous one. This one was in perfect condition and had a very good flavor.

Product in perfect condition and timely delivery. Not salty and in good curing, as I ordered. I will order again as soon as I finish them. Just a small flaw: 3 of the pieces were not properly vacuum sealed, but anyone can make a mistake.
