Hello, on November 11 I received my orders, one of which arrived with 1 chorizo in bad condition/packaging, that same day I sent several emails with photos and to this day I have not received a response, but I have received emails to buy more lots. Quick to bring the lots but if you expect them to respond or solve problems.....0.

The best thing is the price because the ham, being 100% acorn-fed, is uncured, it barely has marbling and its flavor is very much like ham from a lower category.

Impossible to contact you by phone! You didn't respect our order! You promised by phone and this was added in the observation in my order to receive support for ham and also knife: unfortunately you didn't send support and knife as promised (two supports and 2 knives). I bought 2, the first one arrived perfect, the cut, the flavor... the envelopes with the printed brand and the 100% label. The second ham is nothing like it, without a brand, no information of any kind, cut super thick and with a 'aftertaste'. I don't think it's acorn-fed. In short, never again.
