It would be interesting to see the ingredients of the products before purchase. Especially due to allergy issues and similar.

I assumed that hams outside the norm are from Iberian pigs raised freely with acorns, but that for certain circumstances do not meet the standards for certification and labeling as IBERICO de Bellota. The ham I got by chance neither smells, nor tastes, nor looks, nor reminds you that its ancestors were Iberian, nor that it has tasted many acorns in its unfortunate life. Very disappointed.

This time the shoulder was too dry and salty. I have been buying them for a long time and this had never happened to me. That's why I give it three stars. But this time it doesn't deserve even one.

I ordered among several products morcilla from Jaén, because I am from there, although I no longer live there. It has nothing to do with the morcillas from Jaén. The rest of the product is not bad quality.

The shoulder honestly surprised me, it is quite good, the only thing is that it is a bit more cured than expected, and at the beginning I had to waste some
