The Iberian shoulder of 50% Iberico Benito (blue label) a bit raw and lacking flavor. That 24 months of minimum curing I don't believe, at most 6 months. There are others with more flavor of 50% cebo.

Low quality and also the order preparers lack professionalism. The quantities of the orders are checked on-site, mistakes cannot be made in the packaging.

This is not the first time I buy, but on this occasion I am not satisfied at all, some of the Iberian ham packets I bought, out of 10, exactly 3, came poorly sealed, they were green inside and I threw them away. Bad purchase.

An order is still missing half for delivery after having to write several times because they didn't tell me anything. In these last packages many have half bacon and that's not how it should be, and not even any compensation for their mistake.

Fast shipping. I ordered a cheese cut into four vacuum-packed pieces. It is as expected, Boffar Reserva which is very tasty. To put a downside... of the four vacuum-packed pieces, two of them have gotten air after two days... Let's say the vacuum packaging leaves something to be desired.

I bought three batches of shoulders and one vacuum-packed shoulder and the chorizos that came in the batches are very soft and one of the shoulders is very soft to eat, the other two are fine.
