Wrong batch and when I see its price it is lower than the one I originally bought. Customer service does not respond. I want to think it is due to the dates and a high volume of orders, but if I buy again it surely won't be at Christmas.

I placed two orders this month; the first one you couldn't deliver to the specified address, and the recipient had to go pick it up personally. The second one I haven't been notified when they will deliver, and I couldn't receive the package personally. The delivery service needs improvement. Regards, Ricard Moreta

The best website to order hams, they have a wide variety, and not only in ham, also in cheeses and other cold cuts. Affordable for all prices. Very good quality. And fast in shipping. 100% recommendable.

Other times I have ordered and everything was great, but this time the shoulder is too raw, so much so that it's hard to cut it decently; it shows that it lacks quite a bit of curing.
